Terms of Service
Effective from November 28, 2025
The official version of this agreement is in Russian. This English version is provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version shall prevail.
1. Definitions
Service — the software and hardware complex including the website at https://finpillow.app and related web interfaces providing personal finance planning tools.
User — a legally capable individual who has accepted this Agreement and uses the Service.
Provider — Palik Ilya Andreevich, self-employed (professional income tax payer), INN: 616709996917.
2. Subject of Agreement
This User Agreement governs the relationship between the Provider and the User when using the Service.
Acceptance of this Agreement is registration in the Service and/or payment for paid features. Using the Service means full acceptance of the terms.
3. Service Description
FinPillow is an online personal financial planning service using AI. Features include:
- Collection of financial information (income, expenses, debts, goals)
- Financial plan calculation
- Tasks and reminders ("autopilot")
- Anti-impulse purchase analysis
- Progress tracking
The Service is not a financial advisor, broker, or tax consultant. All recommendations are informational only.
4. Payments
Some features are available on a paid subscription basis. Current pricing is at https://finpillow.app/pricing.
Payments are processed through YooKassa. We do not store bank card data.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for:
- Indirect losses, lost profits, data loss
- User decisions based on Service recommendations
- Service not meeting User expectations
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Usage risks are entirely on the User.
