Public Offer Agreement

Effective from November 28, 2025

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) of the FinPillow service (hereinafter — "Service") and contains all essential terms for providing personal finance management services.

1.2. By accepting the terms below, the person accepting this offer becomes a User of the Service.

1.3. Acceptance of the offer is registration in the Service and/or payment for a subscription.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. The Service provides the User with access to personal finance planning tools, including:

• Financial profile creation
• AI-powered financial plan generation
• Impulse purchase checking
• Reminders and notifications
• Analytics and reports

2.2. The scope of available features depends on the selected pricing plan.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Current pricing is available at: finpillow.app/pricing

3.2. Payment is made in advance for the selected period (month or year).

3.3. Subscription renews automatically unless the User cancels it before the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

4.1. The User may cancel services and receive a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment.

4.2. To request a refund, contact customer support.

4.3. Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 10 business days.

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. The Service undertakes to:

• Provide access to features according to the selected plan
• Ensure technical functionality of the Service
• Protect User's personal data
• Inform about changes to service terms

5.2. The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not share account access with third parties
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service provides informational tools and is not a professional financial advisor.

6.2. The User independently makes financial decisions and bears full responsibility for them.

6.3. The Service is not liable for losses arising from following AI recommendations or any other Service data.

7. Privacy

7.1. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. The Service may modify the terms of this Offer.

8.2. Notice of changes is published on the website at least 7 days before taking effect.
